Business parks and industrial estates
On Worcester’s estates we work on everything from small trade units to large manufacturing and distribution buildings. Profiled metal roofs with failing rooflights and corroded laps are common on the older units; on newer buildings it’s usually single-ply flat roofs and gutters that need maintaining to keep the warranty valid.
