Good roofers are hard to find, so when we meet one, we want to keep them. We’re a family-run firm, not a faceless outfit, and the people who work with us tend to stay. From time to time we’re on the lookout for experienced hands to join the team.
Who we look for
- Experienced flat-roofers — single-ply, felt and liquid systems.
- Industrial roofers and cladders — sheeting, cladding and gutter work.
- Roofing labourers and improvers — keen to learn the trade properly.
What we offer
Steady, year-round work with a well-established local firm. Fair pay, proper kit, and a team that looks after each other. IPAF and other tickets supported. Most of our work is within an easy drive of Solihull, so you’re not living out of a van halfway across the country.
