Flat roofing is our bread and butter. Most commercial and industrial buildings have a flat or low-pitch roof of some sort, and getting the right system on there — properly detailed and properly laid — is the difference between twenty-odd years of no trouble and a leak by next winter.
The systems we install
- Single-ply membranes — PVC, TPO and EPDM. Quick to install, long-lasting, and ideal for large flat roofs.
- Built-up felt (BUR) — reinforced bitumen membranes; a proven, cost-effective choice on the right roof.
- Liquid roofing — cold-applied PMMA and PU systems that go off fast and seal seamlessly around every upstand, pipe and outlet. Perfect for complex roofs, balconies, gutters and plant decks.
- Warm-roof build-ups — insulation, vapour control and membrane built up to meet current Building Regulations and keep the heat in.
Which one is right for your roof?
That depends on the deck, the falls, the foot traffic, the budget and how long you need it to last. We’ll survey the roof and give you an honest recommendation rather than pushing whatever we’ve got on the van. Whatever we fit comes with manufacturer warranties of up to 25 years and our own workmanship guarantee.
Re-roof or overlay? Sometimes a liquid overlay can rescue a tired flat roof for a fraction of a full replacement. We’ll tell you when that’s a genuine option and when it isn’t.
