Walsall still makes things. The leather and lock trades that built the town have given way to engineering, metal processing and logistics, but the estates around Aldridge, Darlaston, Willenhall and Bloxwich are still full of working industrial buildings — and a good few of them have roofs that are overdue some attention. We’re a commercial and industrial roofing contractor covering the whole borough, from single units to multi-bay works.

Refurbish first, replace when you have to
Plenty of Walsall’s industrial roofs are steel-portal buildings from the 1970s to the 1990s. On those, the sheets themselves often have more life left than it looks — the problem is the edges, the laps, the fixings and the rooflights. Treat the corrosion, replace failed fixings, swap out the old rooflights and line the gutters, and you can often get many more years out of the roof for a fraction of the price of re-sheeting. When it genuinely is time to replace, we’ll show you why rather than just telling you.
How we work on site
We send a proper method statement and risk assessment for every job, use IPAF-trained operatives on the access equipment, and treat fragile sheets and rooflights as fragile. We’re SMAS accredited, NFRC approved and fully insured, and we’re happy to work early mornings, weekends or in phases around your operation. You’ll have one point of contact from survey to sign-off.
Questions we get asked
Which parts of Walsall do you cover?
All of it — Walsall town, Aldridge, Brownhills, Bloxwich, Darlaston, Willenhall and Pelsall, plus the neighbouring Black Country towns.
Is my roof worth repairing?
Often, yes. After a survey we’ll give you the honest answer — and the costs of each option side by side so you can decide.
Do you remove the old materials?
Yes. Waste is removed and disposed of properly, with the correct documentation where it’s needed, including asbestos waste.
